My vehicle was at your dealership for 2-1/2 weeks and it took 9 days for you to figure out what was wrong with it. Service was much better this time than last, when I was there for 4 hours for a scheduled appointment oil change. This time tried to check in for scheduled appointment via text received from service on there for 4 hours for a scheduled appointment oil change. Scheduled online (via an email prompt from them), but when arrived they didn't have any evidence I had checked in. When asked they said their system doesn't work. However, got service done in a couple of hours. Everyone was pleasant and professional. More
