I received a link for mobile check in which I did. However, upon arrival there was no sign for customer parking and no kiosk for dropping keys. The guy we asked knew nothing about it. I did this because I couldn’t get there at my appointment time and instead had to come early to drop off. The same guy who knew nothing about mobile check in scolded me for being early to the appointment. If the dealership is going to offer mobile check in and send out both text and emails with links, the dealership and it’s employees need to be equipped for fulfilling on this service. That was the start of my experience and it wasn’t good. More
