I bring my vehicle in for an appointment and every time the dealership doesn’t even look at the vehicle for diagnostic until 2 days later. Then it takes a couple days getting extended warranty approval, the dealership doesn’t even look at the vehicle for diagnostic until 2 days later. Then it takes a couple days getting extended warranty approval, and then my vehicle finally gets worked on. I never get my vehicle back until 7-21 days later for minor repairs. I’ll take my other vehicles into other dealerships and get them back same day. More

Went in for warranty work, was told I didn't have a warranty, then when my warranty was found was told that the work that needed to be done was not under warranty. To the point where I had to call the warranty, then when my warranty was found was told that the work that needed to be done was not under warranty. To the point where I had to call the dealership from whom I purchased the vehicle and have them explain that the parts that needed replacing were under warranty. So after about an hour of going back and forth, my vehicle was finally fixed under the warranty and the parts again were under warranty. All and all I spent 3 to 3 and hours just to get 2 batteries replaced all in all bad experience... More
The personnel was very responsive to me when I would call to check on the stratus of my warrenty coverage and the status of my repairs.
