They took way to long to service my vehicle, they had it on Thursday and I got my vehicle back on Wednesday the following week. The worker who service my vehicle locked my keys in his tool box so I couldn’t on Thursday and I got my vehicle back on Wednesday the following week. The worker who service my vehicle locked my keys in his tool box so I couldn’t get my car. This is my only car that I had transportation to and from work. They wouldn’t give me a loaner so I had to Uber or find other means of transportation. While fixing my car on Monday they broke another part which they had to order it and came in on Wednesday which then they repaired. I do have insurance to cover it but had a deductible of $200. The service guy said they were going to bill me the piece they broke but I said no cause it’s your fault for breaking it not mine so they will eat that expense. I had to end up paying the $200 for the deductible but I will never ever go back there again… More
