My check engine came on AGAIN, less than 3 weeks after the first repair. Service stated they needed to order a part and it should be in either Monday, Nov. 21, or Tuesday, November 23. Today is Wednesday and still no communication about my 'car part'. I even texted last evening before the service department closed. This is discouraging since my car needs an emissions test before Dec. 10 for me to renew my tags. Whatever happened to the courtesy rental cars? I certainly miss the service as it were, from 3 years ago. However, even 3 years ago there were rarely any 'call-backs' whenever I left a message. Indeed, this, in my opinion, is very poor customer service and perhaps a 'meeting of the minds' needs to take place!!!!! Both my email and phone number are on file in the Service Department.
