Called Monday about 3:30 PM. Talked to Taz Asked for price on oil change for 2012 ram 2500. I was there early first in line, was served third because Mr. Hernandez was late. He wanted to move my truck in, I asked him on price on fuel filter change, he gave me price of over 200.00 I said no that's over twice an oil change. Mr. Hernandez informed me oil change is over 250.00. I explained Taz gave me quote over phone of 107.00 plus tax. Mr. Hernandez said no she gave wrong price to you, that price is for a Hemi. so I left! Very upset. I was a contractor when me, or estimator, gave a quote that was it. I've never said someone gave you wrong price. More
