The customer service representative for my oil change had very minimal knowledge. The training program for these people must be very poor. When I had my bad experience in Mesa at AutoNation, The GM at this location reached out to me. and tried to do whatever it would take to make it right. He has since moved on. I should have know the honest, respectable and professional manners left when he did. They sold me a RAM 3500 they claimed would tow up to 21k. I have had problems towing and driving after they replaced the main valve on the transmission. I took it back to them and they now are saying a RAM 3500 is not able to tow 12K. That there's nothing wrong with the truck. I attached my tow rating from the Dodge Ram base on my vin (vin removed) Also, I asked them about mpg, drive 300 plus miles of highway, with MDS getting worse less than half the MPG I did before they replaced the Main Valve in the transmission. According to them summer gas gets the worst gas mileage so gas station can sell more gas. I attach a snip from the Department of Energy that doesn't' agree with this opinion. These guys are crooks! I use to like it, to a point I have bought 2 vehicles at this location. I am really regretting this. Lucky my Jeep Wrangler was brand new and only on their lot for 2 days. The mechanic at this place would most likely tell you, your fuel filter needs to be replace on your Tesla. They lie, cheat and steal. Highly recommend going elsewhere. They kept my truck for 2 weeks to tell me it was my fault. Had they made an effort I might have traded it in at their dealership. But, now. I will be taking another path. When I picked up my truck i was informed my truck is able to tow 7k according to this mechanic. So, I bought a Ram 3500 to tow more and really i can tow less than my Silverado 1500... this guy cant be serious. Update: I sent an email to their new GM Joseph Asadi. didn't get a response yet. They are going to with 12k is over towing for a truck Ram trucks shows differently based on the vin. Their mechanic refuses to check out the previous repair. Their Service director is out until the 12th. More
