STELLAR experience. In 2006 I had a really bad experience at Power and purchased my last vehicle from another dealer. I explained this to Mona and really went to look at the Jeep to have another dealer trad at Power and purchased my last vehicle from another dealer. I explained this to Mona and really went to look at the Jeep to have another dealer trade for it so I would not have to purchase from Power. Mona changed all that. She is competent, kind, funny, knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented. EVERYTHING went smoothly, and the Jeep sitting in my garage is EXACTLY what I wanted. Mona is the whole package and purchasing a vehicle from her is a wonderful experience. If you want a great buying experience, go see Mona at Power... she will most definitely take care of you! More
i've been lied to, time after time. they keep working on my car, and are not able to fix the many problems. i've called the manufacture, and doesn't qualify for lemon law? ok, you can't fix it, now what? my car, and are not able to fix the many problems. i've called the manufacture, and doesn't qualify for lemon law? ok, you can't fix it, now what? main problem, is engine tends to run-away. and they call that a safety feature? engine rattles like crazy and other issues like trans shifting issues and a grinding sound while driving and on and on. i've been asking the dealer, and dodge to fix it, or stand behind the product, and neither has happened. i'm stuck with a dangerous car and they can't/won't fix it. i've had one car crash because of the run-away engine and still they said it's a safety feature. ok it's a safety feature, then why have we spent so much time trying to address a safety feature. don't buy a dodge, don't go to this dealer, don't do it. i spent 30 grand trying to be a dodge lover, and yet i'm not. 2010 dodge journey is a dangerous car, a dangerous car. my wife won't drive it. i thought about trading it it, but the next dealer didn't want the car because of the run-away issue, and the crash put me way upside down. i'm stuck with a dangerous car and now one else wants it including dodge. I went to look into purchase a truck and possibly trade in my Dodge Viper. I found the truck I wanted and entered their showroom. They wanted to check out my vehicle and asked for the keys, I told them I would take them to the car and they can inspect with me there and that they were not going to drive my car anywhere to "inspect" it. They then wasted 3 hours of my time as they talked in the back and gave me the runaround and refused to talk to me. When Ii asked what was taking so long, they just said it would be a "couple minutes". They then came back and offered my $19k for my car, which was half of what bluebook is in "fair condition". They said that they do not go by bluebook, but that is what they reference on their own prices. It was a giant waste of my time. More

I am very familiar with my vehicle and what to expect from a service center. I took it in for repair pricing and to discuss options. He was so arogant, he got in my face and yelled and began to argue with me. I left the dealership and immediatly called to make a complaint with no results. The sales manager i originally spoke to told me it was an internal matter and he forwarded me to the service director John Occoner. It has now been 5 days and the director for service still has not contacted me or any other company representative. I will never deal with that company or Power Dealer again! More
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! I provided all the info they asked for to get the financing completed on my new vehicle and thought all was well....so not the case. Four weeks later the financing is still not asked for to get the financing completed on my new vehicle and thought all was well....so not the case. Four weeks later the financing is still not done and they now want a cosigner. I said okay, I emailed when I ran into an issue on their site and never got a response. They call and treat you like a criminal because they failed to do their jobs correctly in the first place. When I point out that I have been nothing but honest from day one, that their salesperson took it upon himself to change information on my application and had they really listened to me or had better communication amongst themselves..the deal would have been done weeks ago...all I get is a story about how their "buyer" was gone or how they have called but I never answer. I called them out on that and stated that if they had called...why no messages...why do my phone records state that I have answered or returned every call. To which they never have a valid response. After four weeks of stress these people have the audacity to tell me they will "unwind" the deal because I said something their finance manager didn't like....after four weeks of putting me through xxxx, I let it show how upset I am for an instant and they resort to scare tactics. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! More
Me and my husband went to this dealership for servicing our 2005 Dodge Neon. We knew our oil needed to be changed, the battery was about due for replacement, the brakes were squeaking, and the car alarm wa our 2005 Dodge Neon. We figured we'd bring it to the dealership to get everything looked at by the dodge professionals instead of a repair shop, plus we had amazing service over at chapman Hyundai every time we brought our elantra in. This place was horrible. First off, i looked them up online, and on their own website they had a link to schedule an appointment online, that lead to a error, webpage does not exist. This didn't bug me at the time, mistakes on websites happen, and it wasn't that hard to call them. Scheduled the appoint and then we showed up. First thing we noticed was how unfriendly the staff was, no one there wanted to talk to us, and when they did it was as if the communication was horrible between employees. First, when we dropped off the car they told us they wouldnt even try to fix the car alarm and didnt suggest anyone to gonto. Theyntold us to look it up online. We called firestone within minutes and though firestone didnt repair them, theyngave us the name and number of a place that did. Then, we explained what we wanted them to check and do one the car, and they said it would be half an hour. We were impressed by this initially, it seemed like fast service. One hour later, they said the car was done. We figured the work would take about an hour or so, so the extra time didn't bug us so much yet. We paid and found out they had only done an oil change. They told us they'd talk to us about the car inspection when they brought us our car. It took them half an hour to find our car, and a lady also waiting for her finished and paid for car said that she always has to wait at least half an hour before they find her car. Once they brought us our car they did not speak with us about the inspection at all. We were still stumped as to why they didn't fix the breaks or replace the battery. The paperwork they gave us indicated that those items needed to be replaced, along with other problems we would have liked to have them fix or at least talk to us about. No one there was very helpful, and we were getting fed up having to wait an hour and a half for an oil change we could have gotten at jiffy lube in 20 minutes. They did charge us about $4 less on the oil change than at jiffy lube, so their prices it seemed were better, but no worth it at all. Right after we got home we immediately called up friestone and told them what happened and we scheduled an appointment with them. Next time we're just bring it to firestone the first time. More

I WE JEEP TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME. HE TREATED ME LIKE AN OLD FAMILY FRIEND AND REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET ME INTO MY NEW 2012 JEEP WRANGLER. I WENT TO SEVERAL OTHER DEALERS BEFORE RECIEVING A REFERRAL TO JOHN. JOHN WAS ABLE TO GET ME IN A BRAND NEW 2012 FOR LESS THAN WHAT BILL LUKE CHRYSLER JEEP OFFERED TO GET ME INTO A USED 2010 WITH 40K MILES. HE GAVE ME THE HIGHGEST VALUE FOR MY TRADE AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET THE EXACT VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR DOWN TO THE MAKE MODEL COLOR HARDTOP & INTERIOR. THEY DIDNT HAVE IT ON THE LOT BUT THANKS TO JOHN AND HIS COWORKER COACH DRIVING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN (DURING RUSH HOUR!) THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN MY VEHICLE THE SAME DAY WITH NO PROBLEMS. I LOVED THAT HE REALLY LISTENED TO ME WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WHERE MY BUDGET WAS AT. HE MADE ME AND MY FAMILY COMFORTABLE WITH THIS PURCHASE AND AS A BANKER WITH JPMORGAN CHASE I WILL BE SURE TO SEND OTHERS HIS WAY! More
