Took my vehicle in for follow up on a vehicle Recall. Was advised it would take a couple of hours, I called the dealership after 5 hours to find out if my vehicle was completed. Was told it was ready. Initia advised it would take a couple of hours, I called the dealership after 5 hours to find out if my vehicle was completed. Was told it was ready. Initially I was going to wait for my vehicle but decided I didn’t want to spend my day off sitting at the dealership so I Uber home. Just would be nice to get an initial ETA when you drop you vehicle off. Not all people have a second vehicle or can afford to go home. More
