I got a email in regards to bringing my truck in for appraisal and replied asking if the vehicle of interest would be ready when I came in. They responded telling me the vehicle had been sold before it even went to the shop. They still would like to purchase my vehicle so they would see me Saturday. Pretty much a bait switch situation to just get me in so they could low ball me on my vehicle. I highly suggest doing business elsewhere that deserves your hard earned money and that cares about their customers unlike this place. More

Brought my 2020 Ram 2500 in for A/C problem. Appeared to be an electrical problem since it would function sporadically, the worst kind of problem! The service department was swamped with business at the time, another reason their patience was impressive, I never felt they had lost their tenecity to solve my problem. Lori was very responsive to my plight, and gave me a car so I never missed a doctors appointment for radiation. Autonation North is an outstanding example of what a car dealership should be! I will recommend this dealership whenever possible. More
