Terrible experience so far, general manager apparently didn't read my emails nor did his staff. When I went to close the deal, no one seemed to remember anything that we had talked about. The general mana didn't read my emails nor did his staff. When I went to close the deal, no one seemed to remember anything that we had talked about. The general manager would not address my concern that in order for me to make a deal with his store I would need to continue with the verified credit ran report from last evening. When I asked for the general managers supervisors name he said he would is the store's general manager and would not give me a supervisor's name. AutoNation should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. Update 1: -hard credit hit twice by two different managers two different days two different experiences I wonder how much damage it did to my ability for buying a car I also entered my information and did a credit check on the AutoNation.com website I hope this doesn't have to go to litigation. Although all of the emails would make it an easy case Update 2: - so I just got a call from the general manager stating he wanted to assist me but would not address my issues again and went back to some profane approach of bringing up a topic I am not discussing with him I.e the interest rate. Don't let this man's tactics impact your living situation. More
This is an awesome dealership!! I drove 1hr and a half to buy my vehicle, even though I would only need to drive 15 min to the closest dealer that had the same Durango I bought. Solely because of the fact it buy my vehicle, even though I would only need to drive 15 min to the closest dealer that had the same Durango I bought. Solely because of the fact it’s an Autonation. I get straight to the point with them and they get straight to the point with me it’s always been a simple transaction and they always work with me to get exactly what I want financially. Roman C was awesome too and really cares about his customers!! More
When I brought my truck in for a check engine light, I was told by Uriel it would take 2 days for my truck to get looked at. 2 days... Even with an appointment, I would have to leave the truck for 2 days was told by Uriel it would take 2 days for my truck to get looked at. 2 days... Even with an appointment, I would have to leave the truck for 2 days and, per Uriel, has to stay there the whole time. How inconvenient! I asked Uriel about a rental, but stated "the dealership took all my of cars because of the chip shortage, so I don't have any." I don't know how much truth there was to that, but ok. I was forced to call an UBER and spent $30 to get back home. After 2 days, I never received any communication at all from him. I had to call everyday for an update as he refused to call me back. I kept being told by Uriel that it would be looked at, but 5 days went by at this point, which was a Saturday. When I spoke with Uriel the night before (Friday), he told me the vehicle would be looked at Saturday morning and he would call me that morning. I never received a call from him the entire day. His phone kept ringing and went to voicemail, the main service number went to voicemail as well. I ended up getting a ride to the dealership to get a status update, only to find out Uriel was off that day. How was he supposed to call me back on Saturday if he already knew he was going to be off?? He just disregarded my vehicle and apparently made another tech/service advisor deal with it. The only service advisor that was there on Saturday afternoon was Maureen and she was kind enough to tell me Uriel was off and my vehicle was moved over to her team (she didn't appear to even know the vehicle was on her team at this time). I was told be Maureen that my vehicle would be looked at after the tech was finished with his current job, which was a radiator replacement, but at this point it was already 3:00PM and my car had been there for 5 days and nothing to show for it. Maureen also mentioned that Enterprise rental car onsite had closed an hour prior. I needed a vehicle to drive the next week as it was causing an inconvenience sharing cars in my household. I told her I am going to take my truck and will NOT have AutoNation service my vehicle. The service there is ridiculous. I wouldn't even call it service. Uriel clearly doesn't care about his job or his customers' concerns. He shouldn't be writing service. He clearly doesn't have the communication skills to perform the job as required. Busy or not, the dealership should at least have someone perform an initial inspection of the vehicle and if it will be a long process, to buy time with the customer, or have them return at a more convenient time for everyone involved. Telling someone they can't even look at it for 2 days and the vehicle has to be left there the entire time (per Uriel, appointments wouldn't matter, the vehicle has to stay there), is absurd. If that's not the dealership's policy, someone should inform Uriel of this because this is what he told me. If this IS the dealership's policy, shame on you AutoNation. I used to bring a lot of vehicle warranty service to this dealership years ago when I managed a used car fleet in North Phoenix, but I will never service another vehicle here, nor will I ever recommend anyone go to this dealership. I will always take to social media about this absurd behavior from Uriel and AutoNation as a whole. Absolutely despicable! More
Made an appointment online for an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. Showed up on time, was told it would take 2 or 3 hours. This is totally unavoidable if they cared about their customers. I bought a new truck here. I liked the way they show a complete breakdown of the costs instead of just showing you the payment. It gave me a better idea of the deal I was getting. Joseph A. has been great assisting me with some questions post purchase. More
