Don't go to this service department! ! They replaced a water pump on my jeep among other things. Then I noticed what appeared to be a leak underneath. It turned out to be a loose t ! It turned out to be a loose thermostat bleater that was not tighted after it was losened when replacing the water pump. And when they returned the jeep to me the radio antenna was bent back and shut in the passenger door. I've bought multiple new and used vehicles from this dealership. Never again. More
Do not take your vehicle in for service here! ! I had a water pump replaced on my Jeep Wrangler. I noticed it was dripping from what appeared to be a thermostat. Found that this service dept ! Found that this service dept had loosened the thermostat bleater when they replaced the water pump and never tightened it back up. Then when I picked the jeep up they had closed the radio antenna in the passenger door. I've purchased many new and used vehicles from this dealership. Never again! More
I really appreciate the efforts that Robert Williams took with our extended warranty. He was very helpful. I am not very appreciative about how long it took to get may car repaired. 23 days is far too long e with our extended warranty. He was very helpful. Also, I was told that the car needed motor mounts and a driveshaft but when I picked it up I was told the motor mounts were not needed. No real explanation of why that changed. More
Made a deal with the GM of Sales, had terms agreed on and allowed him to run credit, approved and ready to go per my email at noon from the GM. No call, no email just a big waste of time and a hard inquiry on my credit. Good luck, id buy elsewhere More

Car delivery was god awful. Super late seemed like they could care less. Get the general manager involved says he will write a 500$ check for the inconvenience HAH. Good luck getting ahold of him. get in contact letting him know the blend door actuator is out on the vehicle asking for a extra 250$ on top of the 500$ for the poor service and selling a vehicle with a problem that I was not told about. 2 weeks later he has still not contacted me. First time buying a car online last time buying one online. Autonation claims to care about customer service I don’t see it. More
