Just wanted to update my feedback. I called and left a message for the GM on 8/1 to chat about this disappointing experience to only still be waiting for that call back. I think a full week waiting for a call back is all the time that is needed. If you're expecting to be updated on your progress from this dealership, I would say to please go somewhere else, as this appears to be an issue from the GM on down at this dealership. Customer service seems to be the least of their concerns.
