My issue is with the Service department. First off, try calling them. Good luck getting someone to answer. My experience: it takes at least 4 calls to get a person to answer. I have left several messages and received no responses. I brought my truck in to have a tire changed. First they didn't have the same tire that I bought the truck with. Second, they didn't have the tool to return my spare to its proper storage location. When I arrived, I told them that my jack set was incomplete and that I needed the missing components replaced. They called me to tell me that they couldn't find my tool to replace the spare tire! When I suggested that they use one of the tool kits from one of the other vehicles on their lot I was told that the kits were VIN specific. This is completely false. On arriving to pick up my vehicle, I went directly to the Customer Service manager and expressed my ire. He was very sympathetic, but equally frustrated with the service that I had received. Even he saw that my spare had not been returned after I had specifically complained about it. He was able to get it properly restored by asking his Service Foreman to do the task. The Foreman just went to his own vehicle and got his jack kit. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant. I'm considering paying for all my remaining oil changes rather than return to this location to get the service done for "free". Finally, with other dealers with whom I've dealt, my vehicles have been washed before they were returned. Maybe this isn't a common practice and I have just been spoiled. My truck was not even rinsed off. More

My service representantive was excellent. She set up the appointment ahead of time for me. The staff was redy when I arrived.
