The people who work in the entrance are wonderful. The dealership is terrible, I won't be coming back. No loner cars for warranty work a 24 to 48 hour wait just to get the ac looked at? Hmmm it's Texas... dealership is terrible, I won't be coming back. No loner cars for warranty work a 24 to 48 hour wait just to get the ac looked at? Hmmm it's Texas......the service or what they call oil change very suspect....I would just like to thank this dealership for helping me make my mind up.....I won't ever by another Chrysler or Jeep product again. I made a 1030AM appointment and dropped it off at 1030AM for an oil change. It took them ALL day for an oil change. I finally called them to check on it, I honestly don’t think they had started on it until for an oil change. It took them ALL day for an oil change. I finally called them to check on it, I honestly don’t think they had started on it until I had called because it was was just a short time after that, that they called to say it was ready. When I picked up truck and inquired why it took so long they told me my appointment wasn’t scheduled until 5:30PM. That’s a lie. Also when I picked it up I did not get any paperwork on what was checked and such like I had received on a previous oil change. I also find it weird that they recommended a service that I needed in the last oil change but then when I “requested” this same service that they recommended last time, I don’t actually need that service due to my transmission type. My owners manual says I need a transmission service at 120K miles but the dealership is saying I don’t need one EVER for the LIFETIME of the transmission. I am still not sure who is correct. More
Courtesy, honesty, well done. Service writers are friendly and helpful. My truck is always returned when promised and not dirtier than I brought it in. friendly and helpful. My truck is always returned when promised and not dirtier than I brought it in. More
Crap! That's about all I can say. I've bought 3 Jeeps in the past 5 years. The most recent, a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I paid for the remote start to be installed. Was advised due to the shortages, it would be 6 the past 5 years. The most recent, a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I paid for the remote start to be installed. Was advised due to the shortages, it would be 6-8 weeks. No follow up calls so 4 months in, I call to get an update. Sales points to Service. Service says it's Sales. Luckily my Service guy, Don Ferguson, steps up to resolve issues.....clearly there have been many. Took my Jeep in to get the remote start installed and guess what....they ordered the wrong one. SERIOUSLY?!?!? I'm paying interest on equipment that isn't even installed in this vehicle. I am soooo annoyed with this dealership. I will also say that Dana stepped up to try to help resolve my issues as well. Desk drawers falling apart, no updates to the facility. What a mess. I'm tired of the placating calls from managers. I'm only giving this 5* because the service advisor is awesome but I would give the dealership itself 1*. I don't want the service advisor penalized for what is the dealerships fault. My service advisor awesome but I would give the dealership itself 1*. I don't want the service advisor penalized for what is the dealerships fault. My service advisor, Don Ferguson, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service but the dealership practices leave a lot to be desired. I made an appointment 2 days in advance. I knew exactly what the problem was (auxiliary battery needed replacing) and asked if the part was in stock. Don checked and it was. When I arrived I was informed (after the various parts were removed) the dealership has a policy they don't "hold" parts for anyone and there were none left in stock so I would need to wait several hours while they had a part brought in or they could put the vehicle back together and I could come back another day . This was the very situation i was trying to avoid. Clearly a customer's time is not valuable. Don went above and beyond to make it right and ended up driving to pickup the part himself so I wouldn't have to wait so long but this dealership needs to change its policies. If I know what is wrong and I have an appointment, there should be a system in place where the parts needed are on hand to minimize my wait time. Noone wants to drive through the construction mess to get to this dealership to start with and then to have to wait extra time due to poor management will certainly not entice me to buy a vehicle here. Oil change took 2 hours! And I had an appointment. I told the guy please text me or call my name over intercom when It was done. After a 2 hour wait I find out it’s been finished! Also they have zero cars if the guy please text me or call my name over intercom when It was done. After a 2 hour wait I find out it’s been finished! Also they have zero cars if you need service which I was not told. So I can’t get service on my new gladiator which has a squeaky steering wheel. I only have one car so I would have no way to work.
