Had quite a bit of work done. Apparently back windshield had cracks which is a common issue. Had upper brake light replaced. Along with other items. Apparently those cracks cause water intrusion causing had cracks which is a common issue. Had upper brake light replaced. Along with other items. Hopefully that will be taken care of timely and at no cost to me. Don’t want to be without my truck for another 50+ days like last time More

The truck was repaired by you body shop. The steering box was replaced along with misc. other items bumper fender etc. the steering box is making noise and the manifold received a crack was told that it wasn was replaced along with misc. other items bumper fender etc. the steering box is making noise and the manifold received a crack was told that it wasn’t under warranty! It was a Canadian vehicle! This is xxxxxxxx. Your service people didn’t fix the steering box problem. They fixed the manifold after misleading me and my wife that it would be done this last Wednesday. The service girl is a Lier. It was told to us by others that’s just the way she is! What a terrible costly unfinished bunch of crap! We are out of pocket on what is a warranty issue. More
