Together, they made sure my vehicle was taken care of and made me feel like a valued customer. I recommend Auto Nation Fort Worth for both a place to buy a new vehicle from, and to service your vehicle. More

He pointed it out and let me know that they will be repairing it as soon as the parts are ready which were ordered right away. I will be provided a loaner for a few days which is a bit of an inconvenience, however, I appreciate their prompt attention and honesty. I have been going to this dealership for 6 years and I am always pleased with their work and service. More
I have been reluctant to leave a review, because I'm just glad it is over with and I don't need that energy in my life, but I keep getting requests for me to leave a response, so finally, here ya go. I don' glad it is over with and I don't need that energy in my life, but I keep getting requests for me to leave a response, so finally, here ya go. I don't know whether to feel some kind of way about my dealer or my brand. I previously had 2017 Ram 1500 Lonestar Silver that I loved. I traded it in in 2020 after 3.5 years and next to no issues, for a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie which looks gorgeous. Its an Off Road Edition 4x4 that I don't take off road. After 2.5 years the rear drive shaft gives out on me. It was 4,000 miles over warranty, and I had to cover the cost of repair, fine, then it took 40 days to get the part in. This cost me over $1,600 in rentals fees to transit to and from work, plus the cost of the initial service, the shaft, all while paying my note, for something I couldn't get my hands over for over a month. The part is delayed, the part is coming in tomorrow, then I don't hear nothing for a week or so. Again, I'm not sure who to blame, but I'm still pretty sour. Do I use another service center, or do I just change brands, which I hate because I loved my first Ram. I wanted to upgrade to the Longhorn but now IDK. So there ya have it. Stock your parts or offer loaners, that 40 days hurt me. (for the record the service people were polite, but all things considered...) More
Bought my Jeep at AutoNation and had to get some drivetrain work done. CDJR North Fort Worth was amazing at not only doing the work, but helping me with the warranty claims and all that. Super stres drivetrain work done. CDJR North Fort Worth was amazing at not only doing the work, but helping me with the warranty claims and all that. Super stress free and now my Jeep is running strong and reliable. Joe at the Service desk was awesome. He had great communication and totally made me feel like he had my back.
