Worst experience I have ever had. My Jeep was running fine when I took it in. $2800.00 later it is running awful!! I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership, but I have had it exclusively serviced there (didn't know they were there when I bought my vehicle!). My vehicle had a flat tire and after getting in contact with the service department they expressed there concern and that they would get a tire ordered right away. They did, and during the wait they checke with the service department they expressed there concern and that they would get a tire ordered right away. They did, and during the wait they checked in to inform me of any updates. Once it had came in, they called and scheduled an appointment for me to come in. After doing so, and waiting for the tire to be replaced, they had informed me that they had accidentally broken my tire sensor indicator while changing my tire and that they would need to order a new one for me and replace it out free of charge. Well, fast forward almost a week and me trying to call the representative back I have yet to receive a callback or be able to get in contact with the representative. My hope is that with the past snow storm they are trying to get caught back up but I will give it another day before feeling as though they are trying forgo fixing the issue. More
