I am new to the Haslet area and need to performed service on my Ram Truck. Previous to that I did my my homework and went ahead to do research on the local Chrysler Dodges Delears. I decided to take my truc on my Ram Truck. Previous to that I did my my homework and went ahead to do research on the local Chrysler Dodges Delears. I decided to take my truck to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge as they have very good reviews and it is close to my current address. On the day before taking my vehicle to service, I called them and scheduled an appointment for the following day at 8:15 am. On the day of the appointment I arrived at 08:10 am and was the fisrt vehicle at the garage door, couple of minutes later two vehicles pulled out behind me and one next to me. As I was waiting pattienty on my truck, I noticed two of the service advisors acknowledge the owners of the vehicles next and behind me but not me or not even a "good morning, we will be right back at you." I waited for approximately 6-10 minutes and decided to get out of my truck and approached a service admisor on my own as nobody approachs me within the first 6-10 minutes. I have been a Chrysler Dodge customer for the past 5 years and always take my two vehicles to the autorized dealers as I want to stay within warranty and trust they services. Previous to this, about 3 weeks ago I took my Jeep to Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge where I received a better professional and courteous service. May be I have to reconsider where to take my business next time. More
They just don’t have their act together. I dropped my car off early Friday morning, and told I would hear something by Saturday afternoon. Nothing on Saturday, nothing on Monday. Finally called them on Tuesday morning and left a message. Three hours later called them again to finally get someone on the phone who stated my car was ready, apparently fixed the night before. Just not good at communicating. More

Not all AutoNations are alike. This one has courteous customer care agents with good follow up and follow-through. I moved closer to another "branch" of AutoNation, went there once This one has courteous customer care agents with good follow up and follow-through. I moved closer to another "branch" of AutoNation, went there once, and went back to the North Freeway facility. Don made things go well as did the techs. Love the video feed stating what is needed. Very helpful to see which "fixes" are priority so a budget can be instated when on a tight income budget. Saw with my own eyes through the video. Great experience. More
