Had to pay to tow to another dealer due to the fact they didnt even look at my truck for 7 days for a factory warraty repair work at 46,000. Couldnt give a rent car for factory warranty repair. Promised they would get to looking at it every few days but never did. Go to Grapevine dealer. If i could give them zero starts i would. More

I brought my Durango in for a regular oil change on April 15th. I was greeted by Ms Sandra Gomez, who proceeded to tell me an oil change would be $99.99 today. I was obviously shocked at that price, and r 15th. I was greeted by Ms Sandra Gomez, who proceeded to tell me an oil change would be $99.99 today. I was obviously shocked at that price, and rightfully questioned it. I clearly explained I wanted my usual synthetic blend oil, and definitely not full synthetic. After questioning her, she said it’d be $20 less for the blended oil. Why would she treat customers this way who didn’t ask for full synthetic?!? What really bothers me the most is, I’ve brought all my vehicle’s here for all their service for right at 20 years. I’m a 100% Mopar guy, and have bought 5 vehicles from this very dealership in that time. And to be treated like this(2nd time in a row), is beyond disappointing!! And to top it off, this dealership did not want to accept any of my Mopar coupons I receive in the mail. I don’t know what’s going on here in this service department management, but it has really gone downhill in last couple years, and my long-time guy Morgan left about that time as well. He never failed to take care of me. Needless to say, I will probably not be going back there, which is a shame since it’s less than 2 miles from my house!!! Very disappointing AUTONATION!!! More
