This was my fourth visit to this dealership and have the same experience, just average. No one comes to my car. If I go in everyone avoids eye contact, like they don’t want to help. I made an appointment online, however when I showed up on the day and time of the appointment they didn’t have it in there system. They did allow me to leave my van to get the needed service requested. Howev the day and time of the appointment they didn’t have it in there system.
