My service advisor, Janey, was great. But, getting through to the service was a challenge, via phone. There are 3 reasons I was unhappy: 1. Asked them to install window panel (which I had purchased on Amazon) unless I wanted to pay them $99.95, for a job that would take about 5 minutes to install. 3. My car was filthy when I picked it up.. Most dealerships do that as a courtesy. More
They were timely. I am disappointed that Dodge Ram is taking so long to update a software problem. I assume they did a good job on the maintenance items, but communication with me was very poor and although I left my car there from Friday morning thru Thursday morning they did not have time to even loo but communication with me was very poor and although I left my car there from Friday morning thru Thursday morning they did not have time to even look at some issues I was having till Wednesday and by that time there was no time to repair them if I had wanted to because I had to have my car back by Thursday morning. It’s as if they forgot my car was there after doing the maintenance and if my service advisor had a day off, no one else took supervision of my car. More

they lied and said my aftermarket speaker wire caused my window to go out, just so they could try to void my warranty ! mind you my truck is not 2 years old.. my audio people said they were full of xxxx .. window to go out, just so they could try to void my warranty ! mind you my truck is not 2 years old.. my audio people said they were full of xxxx .. and my mobile mechanic came and fixed my issue with a 100$ window regulator. the dealership quoted me 700$ for the same fix, while trying to add parts i didnt need.. i paid 200$ for a diagnostic fee, which they didnt do a good job of obviously . they are taught and coached to upcharge and try to void warranties. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE! they are scammers .. if i were a woman, or someone who didnt know about cars, they would of got 700$ out of me. i just happen to know vehicles and know they were lying . this is a autonation tactic to try to screw you ...
