The service rep’s I spoke too were straight forward on how long it would take to evaluate the cause of the knocking coming from the engine. Thank goodness I purchased an extended Mopar warranty which our only honored at Mopar service locations. More

Horrible experience with the dealership. Service manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. Parts came in at the end of October and I had to go up there because no one would answer the phone. Then one of the parts was wrong. As much trouble as we have with them, I hate even going back up there to get the issue corrected. More

The service is good but the wait times are not. I will drop my vehicle off and let them address any maintenance. One time they had my Ram for a month while they waited on parts.
