I had an appointment at this dealership when I arrived no one knew what was going on. I told him I was there for a recall. They asked me if the parts were ordered. I told them you sent me a text message sayi one knew what was going on. I told him I was there for a recall. They asked me if the parts were ordered. I told them you sent me a text message saying the parts were here that’s why I scheduled an appointment. They told me they were going to have my truck for three days. I was fine with that on noon on the third day. I have not heard anything of the status of my truck I called. They said they have not worked on it yet, but as soon as it gets in the shop, they will let me know, I didn’t hear anything until I tried to reach out on noon the very next day they still have not touched my truck. I can’t just let it sit at the dealer for a week because they have nobody to work on it. The lack of communication was disappointing. It was there for two recalls one needed a specific certified tech on the engine, and the other one was just a tailgate latch, and I wanted them to also perform an alignment. She was friendly and knowledgeable, with a pleasant demeanor, and the service on my vehicle was performed in a timely manor. Very disappointed with the communication. Dropped car on a Tuesday, didn't hear from them until Thursday afternoon when I approved the repairs, and then never heard from them again unless I Dropped car on a Tuesday, didn't hear from them until Thursday afternoon when I approved the repairs, and then never heard from them again unless I reached out and they could NEVER give me an estimate of when the car would be ready. Finally heard from them the car was ready the following Wednesday (over a week for replacing one "sensor" for over $1,000). Picked the car up and it still had the exact same problem. They hadn't fixed it. I ended up taking to another jeep dealer who immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in one day. More
