Unfortunately my experience has not been great with this dealership, although they did have the best pricing and best trade-in offer so if you are looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely go see them.. dealership, although they did have the best pricing and best trade-in offer so if you are looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely go see them...but here are some tips to make sure you have a better experience than I did: 1. Make sure the salesperson is aware that you are interested in buying the car that you just took a test drive in. 2. Make sure when you start negotiating the price, the finance person knows you are interested in buying the car you are negotiating. 3. Make sure you tell everyone that the car you test drove and are negotiating, that you are wanting to buy the car. 4. Hopefully after all of that, they do not sell that car to someone else like it happened to me. 5. Hopefully you do not have any problems with your brand new car like me, my A/C didnt work which is kind of important in Texas 6. Hopefully you have someone to drop you and pick you up because apparently the dealership filled with cars only has a 1992 van that doesnt work. I guess they cant fix it either. 7. Luckily my new plates arrived just when I had service so they were going to put those plates on for me. 8. After you uber there and back and shell out $50 for transportation in order to get service on your brand new car, make sure you check to see if they actually put the new plates on...I almost drove off without looking, but luckily I had not left the dealership lot so I went back in and they got my new plate on my vehicle. 9. I wish they were as focused on actually delivering 5-star customer service aspect as they are at IMPLORING that everyone gets a 5-star rating. 10. Since my car was only purchased a month ago, I got the VIP treatment. I am not sure what that means, I think it meant that I was moved to the front of the service line. I thought maybe they would have at least washed the outside of my car but I guess that's not part of VIP service. I would ask them about that. In the end, the car buying process sucks everywhere you go so you might as well go here and get a good deal. I recommend this dealership based on the fact others are worse....the employees are super nice though so there is that too. More
