Steve was great! Got my car in and back two days before their original estimated date! Although I was unhappy to have to pay for two items on my car that was giving me issues when I originally bought my ca their original estimated date! Although I was unhappy to have to pay for two items on my car that was giving me issues when I originally bought my car, they did their best to bring the cost down to help me considering the circumstances which I greatly appreciated. Made a worse case scenario just bad. I would highly recommend their service department! More
Worse car buying experience EVER. I went to go look at a 2014 Jeep Wrangler on 7/2/2021. My salesman David was a nice guy to talk to but didn't have any idea on how to do his job or time management. He wou 2014 Jeep Wrangler on 7/2/2021. My salesman David was a nice guy to talk to but didn't have any idea on how to do his job or time management. He would tell us that everything was being taken care of and come to find out it was not. He would tell us give me 10mins and would return 30-45mins later. I found the Jeep that I wanted and it was a great price. We went to get financing and we agreed on terms. Was told that they would have everything wrapped up in 30mins and we would be good to go home. Come to find out the unit had not been through service department yet, because it was a recent trade. Then we were told that their computer system went down and since the Jeep wasn't ready yet to come back at 12:30PM on Saturday 7/3/2021. Once we returned to the dealership at 12:20PM on Saturday 7/3/2021 we were told that our salesman David called in and the Jeep was still not ready because they didn't have anyone in the service department because it was Saturday. I waited around all day Monday 7/5/2021 with no phone call. Finally at 5:30PM on Monday 7/5/2021 I called and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Jeff letting him know that the customer service that I had received was HORRIBLE. He said that he was sorry and that he was going to find out and make sure that my Jeep was through service first thing Tuesday 7/6/2021. I still have not received a phone call letting me know anything about my Jeep and I am writing this at 4:15PM on Tuesday 7/6/2021. I hope everyone else that bought a used car from this dealership this past weekend got better custom service that I did. More
One of the worst potential buying experiences ever. Was prepared to buy but the salesman was lackadasical and seemed like he didnt really want to put in the work for the vehicle. prepared to buy but the salesman was lackadasical and seemed like he didnt really want to put in the work for the vehicle. Luckily a Jeep sells itself. The sales department was Luckily a Jeep sells itself. The sales department was woefully underprepared to sell a vehicle on the day that we purchased our vehicle. I knew th Luckily a Jeep sells itself. The sales department was woefully underprepared to sell a vehicle on the day that we purchased our vehicle. I knew the vehicle that I wanted, I came to the dealership in the morning to look and test drive and I was connected with an amazing sales person. I let him know what time I would return in the afternoon with my family and we discussed financing. When I arrived in the afternoon with my husband and my children, I was passed to another sales person who was not at all informed on the vehicle, financing, or the situation. While we waited on the sales person to get up to speed on the transaction we were sat in a waiting room where they played music with unedited lyrics. (I love Cardi B, but I don't play it with my 6 and 7 year old in the room). The dealership added things into the price that had not been completed on the vehicle, luckily I caught this. We financed through our own bank because we were informed that they could not match the interest rate my bank was offering only to be to be told by the finance department that they will not accept financing from our bank because someone else is driving around with a $45,000 car the bank didn't send a check for. (Not my problem, why didn't they contact finance before we financed?) Every step of the way was painful and I would not have done business with this dealership if they did not have the specific vehicle that I was looking for. Buy a Jeep, they are awesome, just buy it someplace else! A week after I wrote this review I found missing equipment in my Jeep. I have tried to contact the general manager, my sales person, and the parts department. All will not return my calls. In my opinion, AutoNation needs to cut ties with this dealership. More
Do Not use the service department. I have a diesel and I know maintenance is higher than a gas truck. Having said that I brought the truck in because I had a lightning bolt light come on which usually sign know maintenance is higher than a gas truck. Having said that I brought the truck in because I had a lightning bolt light come on which usually signifies the batteries have gone bad (I usually replace them every three years). I usually buy walmart batteries and I was hoping to get more time out of the batteries with quality batteries. Time will tell on that. Here is my complaint; The quote for the batteries (there are two on a diesel) on the phone was $302.00. So I show up to pick the truck up and they are charging me over $600! I had some other maintenance done and a state inspection so I am trying to figure out why the bill is almost $1,000! They charged my 2 hours of labor to change two batteries! I have changed both batteries in 30 minutes. I told him that. He came off 1 hour of labor so I still paid $467.88 for two batteries that I could have replaced for $180!!!!!!!!! (I don't know if there is a quality difference between Walmart batteries and OEM-we will see). The second complaint. I asked them to lube the drive shaft and the front left U-joint (normally it is a sealed U-joint but I have had that one replaced with a greaseable one). I made sure they knew that it needed to be lubed because they did not lube it on a previous appointment so I made a big deal about it. They did not lube the U-joint so now I am seriously concerned they did not lube the drive shaft. Then they wrote up a whole laundry list of other maintenance they think needs to be accomplished at what I would estimate from them to be around $2500. Do I need it? Who knows, I'll take it to a reputable mechanic to find out. THEY LOST ALL MY BUSINESS!!!!! AutoNation if you want to make this right then refund me $123.88 for the time you gouged me and lube the U-joint and drive shaft. More
Poor customer service and attempts to add services you do not need. When you ask for more details about the recommended services William Gonzales will start by being very nice. However, when you start to dig not need. When you ask for more details about the recommended services William Gonzales will start by being very nice. However, when you start to dig into the details, he will become evasive and try to switch topics to avoid providing clear, straightforward answers. He becomes very dismissive and tries to control the conversation. He will eventually become dismissive as he cannot explain or support the service recommendations. I believe this mindset of pushing services that are not needed comes from leadership, so it may not be William's fault to try push services that they cannot explain in clear terms why they are recommending them. In Williams's world, an inspection of brakes means you needbreakake, so they recommend brake service before looking at your brake. Also, the work orders are written with abbreviations, so the salesman can have room to wiggle and twist its meaning. - Bottom line - DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Easy deal on a nice one owner dealership maintained mdx. Numbers on trade all matched along with price. They ended up beating the interest rate by a half percent under what they had quoted. The car was o Numbers on trade all matched along with price. They ended up beating the interest rate by a half percent under what they had quoted. The car was over at a Porsche dealership in Plano and they brought it to the N Freeway dealership to test. Easy honest deal with no surprises. Charles and Brandon were excellent to deal with and the warranty information was presented to me but I declined and no more pressure. Will definitely buy another AutoNation vehicle. More
Employees of no integrity and worst customer service I sat in the dealership for 2+ hours when I was told all paperwork was ready and just needed to be signed. I requested a short loan of 2 years and was I sat in the dealership for 2+ hours when I was told all paperwork was ready and just needed to be signed. I requested a short loan of 2 years and was not told that they were trying to push thru a 5 year loan at 25% until I was sitting in financing and going to sign the title. These employees are liars and crooks and are only trying to make money. I walked out with no car, followup with a text a week later to see if they would accept a cash offer only to find out they were raising the price on me by $500 with no reason via text message. More
Great experience buying a 2016 Ram 1500 from Avery I had a really good experience with this dealership when it came to buying a 2016 Ram 1500 I found on cars.com. I live in San Antonio, and this dea I had a really good experience with this dealership when it came to buying a 2016 Ram 1500 I found on cars.com. I live in San Antonio, and this dealership is in Fort Worth. The Ram I found was exactly what I wanted, so I wanted to move fast. The internet sales rep, Avery, was EXTREMELY responsive via e-mail, text, and phone calls. He spent over an hour doing a video walk through with me, and pointed out things I wouldn't have been able to see. He was super transparent and very trustworthy. While this dealership doesn't haggle on price, they were willing to fix some minor damage on the vehicle at no cost before delivery. Also, after I took delivery, I noticed an issue with the center console. They shipped me the part at no cost. They also drove the vehicle to a dealership of my choice, about 200 miles away, at no cost, and ensured I got it with a full tank of diesel. This was my first time buying a vehicle on-line, without seeing it in person. The experience itself was great, and I think a lot of that had to do with Avery. He was no pressure, very easy to talk to, answered all my questions, etc. I would definitely do business with him again. He did a great job as an ambassador for AutoNation. More
