I felt valued on this trip to my local Jeep dealership. In the past - I was not happy with the service I received - so much that I didn't even care that I had pre-purchased several oil changes. Not Good. Did not listen to my request. I felt they were short and Rude. Dana was my sales associate. I needed and oil change and tire rotation. She said I had a contract and all was good. This was the 2nd time, I literally had to DRIVE BACK to the dealership on 2 different vehicles and show them where it was, in the glove box as I described.....Very frustrating and very lazy. The Financing experience wasn’t optional because they didn’t run the application through the Chrysler Credit to obtain financing after we asked them to specifically do that. We have excellent credit and didn’t run the application through the Chrysler Credit to obtain financing after we asked them to specifically do that. We have excellent credit and they pushed to not give us the best possible financing. We will NOT be sending anyone to this dealership ever. The Financing professional talked about his personal life in front of our kids which was totally unprofessional. We felt like we weren’t appreciated as customers. More
