The Financing experience wasn’t optional because they didn’t run the application through the Chrysler Credit to obtain financing after we asked them to specifically do that. We have excellent credit and didn’t run the application through the Chrysler Credit to obtain financing after we asked them to specifically do that. We have excellent credit and they pushed to not give us the best possible financing. We will NOT be sending anyone to this dealership ever. The Financing professional talked about his personal life in front of our kids which was totally unprofessional. We felt like we weren’t appreciated as customers. More
