People are fine. Work is expensive but that’s any dealer. My issue is having me bring my vehicle, and then call to tell me the parts on national back order. I told them why I was coming and that is something My issue is having me bring my vehicle, and then call to tell me the parts on national back order. I told them why I was coming and that is something they should have checked instead of unnecessarily inconveniencing me. The excuse was the people who set the appointments for the service department do not work in the service department. Poor communication and poor planning on their part cost me a lot of time I don’t have to waste. More
