I usually have a good experience but this time around it was terrible. And I still have an issue that hasn’t been resolved!!! Worked with 3 different service consultants. The review begins when I arrived at the dealer for service and sat in truck for 10 mins without anyone coming out to greet me. So I went inside all of the service advisors were sitting at their desks service and sat in truck for 10 mins without anyone coming out to greet me. So I went inside all of the service advisors were sitting at their desks. Several looked up at me and ignored me. I spoke up and said I’m here for my service appointment who do I talk to? Only 1 person even acknowledged that. Pulled up my name and said I was scheduled with Don and pointed him out. Went over to Don and he started asking why I was coming in. Well I gave the list to the scheduling person, why bother if you aren’t going to check it? Then he told me oh this will require a technician that’s going to be 2-3 days before I can even get you seen. Again that’s what the scheduler explained and that’s why I scheduled my appointment a week out so I didn’t have to wait for a technician. He just said sorry we are busy. Now on to the repair. None of issues I brought the truck in for were fixed. There was a recall on my truck and was told that was causing my issues. They completely the recall but the issues are still there. In fact 2 out of the 3 are worse. More
Not friendly, nor professional. They broke a piece off my glovebox and when we went back the next day, they were dismissive. They sent a tech out to look at it. The tech walked to my Jeep, opened the door pulled it apart and fixed it. Then closes the door and storms off. Not a single word or apology from anyone. They are always rude at this location. I had some warranty work to be done, so I went in to set an appointment. I told them that it could only be done on Saturdays, because I use my truck for work, so I couldn’t leave it any other day but Saturd an appointment. I dropped my truck off on Saturday, and was assured that it would be done by the end of the day. They called me about an hour before it was supposed to be ready, and told me that they couldn’t get the issue resolved yet and asked if I could leave it through Monday. I missed a day of work, but I agreed. I just wanted it fixed. I call Monday at about 4 o’clock, and I’m told that they are going to need it another day. I said no way, and I’ll have to pick it up. When I’m told by the service writer, “I don’t care”. When I picked it up, I told them that I’m going to have to wait until a Saturday. I make a Saturday appointment. When I show up, I’m told that they cant do those kind of repairs on Saturday, and that if I want it fixed, I’ll have to leave it for about a week and to get a rental, because they have no loaners. So basically, I wasted a bunch of time, it cost me a days wages, and who knows how much a rental will cost me, to fix a warranty issue, that shouldn’t cost me anything. If I didn’t have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed, I wouldn’t. More
