This was my fourth visit to this dealership and have the same experience, just average. No one comes to my car. If I go in everyone avoids eye contact, like they don’t want to help. Had to leave car and no same experience, just average. No one comes to my car. If I go in everyone avoids eye contact, like they don’t want to help. Had to leave car and no car wash. It’s something small but goes a long way. I prefer Autonation Honda in Lewisville. More

I made an appointment online, however when I showed up on the day and time of the appointment they didn’t have it in there system. They did allow me to leave my van to get the needed service requested. Howev the day and time of the appointment they didn’t have it in there system. They did allow me to leave my van to get the needed service requested. However when I went to pick up my van the tech had left the drivers side floor mat full of greasy footprints. This is not the first time that they had done this to my van, but will be the very last. More
