I assume they did a good job on the maintenance items, but communication with me was very poor and although I left my car there from Friday morning thru Thursday morning they did not have time to even loo but communication with me was very poor and although I left my car there from Friday morning thru Thursday morning they did not have time to even look at some issues I was having till Wednesday and by that time there was no time to repair them if I had wanted to because I had to have my car back by Thursday morning. It’s as if they forgot my car was there after doing the maintenance and if my service advisor had a day off, no one else took supervision of my car. More

Service was great with Romani. He was a definite help with my husband and I when we did a double trade in. Communications is very poor. After repeated calls to the service department, I finally called the General Manager to get service. We finally got an appointment to replace a modul After repeated calls to the service department, I finally called the General Manager to get service. We finally got an appointment to replace a module with the UConnect screen. After the module was replaced, the car was still running when I received the car. I drove the car home, as soon as I turned the car off, then back on, the same error message popped up, which says, “Take your car to the dealership for repair.” I am almost certain that the service representative knew that after replacing the module the first time, that it didn’t correct the problem or they never checked to see if it was fixed after replacing the module. Now, I have to schedule another appointment. They have no loner cars, even though I purchased there full package “Platinum “. I won’t purchase another vehicle from AutoNation again. Not because of the vehicle, but because of the extremely poor service with customers, lack of communications, no updates once you drop off your car, no call backs when they say that they will call you back. A total lack of customer service and integrity; when you say that you’re going to call, then call. More
