Im overall satisfied, however, my ABS light is on as a result of something they forgot to do or they damaged it. Both of my rear wheel speed sensor are inop and my test backup system is disengaged. I took it back and the young lady didn't know what to do. Her explanation was the squibs in the seat triggered the ABS light. Those are two different systems. Anyway, she told me that I could leave it and have our checked out, but I'd just gotten there from Oklahoma City and my ride had left. I'll have to pay to have that stuff repaired I guess. You guys should add some type of quality verifications after maintenance is completed. More

Friend had to take my car and they were very rude to her. The service I was supposed to have was nice but there was another guy yelling and talking over her when she called me to ask me a few questions. I had to call several time to find out when my tire would come in because it wasn’t completed the first trip. During the several phone calls I was hung up on or just never received a phone call back. Finally got ahold of someone who said they would email the service manager and he has still yet to get back to me. Wouldn’t haven’t been a big deal if they weren’t rude to my friend while she was there. More
My service advisor, Janey, was great. But, getting through to the service was a challenge, via phone. There are 3 reasons I was unhappy: 1. Asked them to install window panel (which I had purchased on Amazon) unless I wanted to pay them $99.95, for a job that would take about 5 minutes to install. 3. My car was filthy when I picked it up.. Most dealerships do that as a courtesy. More
