I attempted to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer site unseen. The Dallas store had the color infertile/exterior I was looking for. I was told several times someone would be calling me to finalize my transactions. I took almost a week. Every time I would call. My response was “we are so busy. We can finish tomorrow.” I was consistently placed on the back burner. When I signed my paperwork in Mobile, AL the agent there was telling me some of the information the finance/warranty representative was inaccurate. I asked if the vehicle could be transported to the mobile Autonation. I was told no. Later to find out the vehicle could have been transported for a fee. Too many problems to even list. Logan was the most helpful of the three people I talked with in the Texas store. More

After dropping off my vehicle, dealer gave me a list of recommended repairs, and I approved all of these repairs to be done. When I was notified the car was ready for pick up. I asked via text and voicem recommended repairs, and I approved all of these repairs to be done. When I was notified the car was ready for pick up. I asked via text and voicemail if all the repairs were complete. Dealer would not respond after 2 days of me making contacting them. Upon pick up of the vehicle I realized the recommended repairs were not complete. Caused me several trips of leaving work early and driving to the dealership to physically get things done. Upon leaving the dealership, I washed the car to find that my hood is pretty badly scratched up. A dealer rep called for a verbal review, and I told them about the scratched up hood, but they did not comment or offer to look at it. Very painful experience. . Mark K. More
