I returned from vacation to find my Jeep in my garage with two dead batteries. They would not take a jump. I made an appointment at Autonation on I35W in Ft Worth for a Thursday. Tow truck could not get vehicle running so I had to have them tow it. Of course this made it too late for my 1pm appointment. The vehicle sat in the dealer lot until Monday before they would even look at it. They would not give me a loaner so I had to rent a car from enterprise at $120 a day plus tax. My batteries were only a year old, still under warranty at Batteries plus (NRH). I had to demand to talk to the principal at AutoNation to get them to remove the batteries for me to return to Batteries Plus. It took 48 hours for Batteries Plus to recondition them. I returned the reconditioned batteries to AutoNation for reinstallation. Somewhere in the process, a terminal on the aux battery was damaged. Both AutoNation and Batteries Plus blamed each other, so I had to buy a new one from the dealership. Long story short, with additional “recommended repairs” (serpentine belt,) I was out over $1,600 between the repairs and car rental. Lots of blame to go around but I won’t be going back to this dealership or Batteries plus (in North Richland Hills,) again. More

First, I'd like to say that the only person at this location with any human decency is Charles John-Charles. Now down to business....Joy Moore sold my husband a used truck. They boasted their thorough inspection process and if it doesn't pass they can't sell us the truck. However he tried to contact her during the 5 day warranty window to discuss an issue with the truck and she did not respond until after the 5 day window. At which time she said sorry about your luck. So now after the truck spent 3 weeks in the shop we are stuck with a $2500 fix 6 weeks after our purchase. The "inspection" clearly wasn't as thorough as they boast. The issue existed before we purchased the truck per the Ford dealership that we were sent to per the purchased warranty. Our issue is that everyone that could've helped us at this Fort Worth location has avoided any contact with us. In fact, when I did speak to Joy she hung up on me. Ironically she dialed my number by accident but while I had her on the phone I asked questions. We both left several messages for David Baker, the GM, and never received a single call or text from him. It's funny because these people lost a loyal customer. My husband had every intention of purchasing a new truck in a few years from them. I would think long and hard if you are looking at a vehicle at this location. They truly lived up to the stereotypical used car salesman experience. 0 out of 10 DON'T RECOMMEND. More

That was the fastest maintenance service I have ever received.
