The atmosphere at this dealership is Great! Terricka Thompson was our sales person. She is a dynamic sales person with a GREAT personality! i am very dissappointed in the dealership, tried to make a deal on a truck with my own financing through the same credit union they use, was given the run around typical dealer bull wait for hours with a lo a deal on a truck with my own financing through the same credit union they use, was given the run around typical dealer bull wait for hours with a lot of pressure to but once deal was made i was informed my voucher from said credit union was not ok and needed to bring a check from the credit union and then was informed the credit union won't do that. so i asked for a letter of gauantee be sent to my credit union and again they said no. after some debate i was told by the sales manager and the finance manager to get the xxx@ out of their dealeship and was escorted out the building by eight men cussing me out the whole way out the door. and now y'all send me crap all the time by email and text to come by and look at a new car. my xxx i wouldnt buy anything from them ever again was a customer for a jeep i bought from them a few years eailer, and used their service deptartment many times for srevice until they screwed that up and almost killed my wife with the crappy work preformed. as I said never even if they are the last dealer around would i do business with them again. good luck to anyone who buys a car or truck from them. I ended up with a newer truck and a better price than what I was trying to buy from them in the first place. so i all worked out for me not them. Ken Draper More
