It took about 2 hours to get my oil changed on. Saturday without an appointment so I think that’s fine. On two different occasions I have needed service. I left several messages for Aiello, my “Rep”. I have yet to hear from her. I spent 10-15 minutes trying to wade trough the various auto attendants. So on this second visit I needed to have a couple warning lights looked at to see if they’re covered under warranty. As it turns out: one was and one wasn’t. So I end up paying for the whole diagnosis. Seems to me I pay for it and it is more than likely billed to the warranty. I spoke to the manager about. He gave me a 25% discount. It just seemed like a shady way to deal. More
