I was not very happy with the service. I was told the diagnosis would take about 2 to 3 days, but it ended up been more than that, on fouth day my car was not even touched. Service took longer than I was told. Asked permission to wash my car but not to do the recall which took much longer than the oil change and trie rotation that was scheduled. Diego Morales did a fantastic job throughout the entire process assisting me. The part was on back order for months but he kept me informed of the progress. The service staff is always courteous and helpful. I just have a problem with having to book my oil change two weeks in advance and still having to wait over an hour.
