The only thing i can say about this dealership is STEER CLEAR. The service department, though improved with the hiring of Sallie, is still a long way from good. I have several examples of issues they specifically caused, and some they didn't. The 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn 4x4 I have is busted from the jump. 52K miles both exhaust manifolds cracked. Replaced. 64k miles both manifolds cracked again, replaced with aftermarket headers. 74k miles, rear differential went out. Replacement took months... 8 months. Working with this specific service department was brutal. They ordered the wrong parts even though I did the research ahead of time and told them what to order, they did it their way and extended the time by months. When i was supposed to receive the truck, someone had hit it in their parking lot, they repaired it, but delayed delivery by a month. My battery died as they didnt start the truck for months... they did replace it without fuss. 81k miles, rear differential went out again. They had to rebuild it... which is cause for concern. 84k miles, front differential went out, and the same service department replaced it with a new unit, took three months. The "technician" installed my crossmember backward (even though there is an arrow that states "front" next to it. 84K miles, when I received my truck back, the sunroof didnt work. Its a mystery why, but I replaced the motors with an EBAY replacement from a wrecked truck. 104k miles, the battery previously installed died. they replaced without fuss, only because Sallie and I are pretty much buddies by now. I have had several open claims with Stellantis on this truck. Worst quality I have witnessed in a vehicle so far. Last time I ever get suckered out of $69k More
I have bought two trucks from AutoNation KDR and just had to get my truck repaired due to a broken belt. Firas my service adviser was patient and his customer service was excellent. Avoid this dealership. Vehicles are outrageously marked up. You will be charged for add on that are not installed or performed. When you bring it for service days will pass without it being looked at and no communication to the customer. Once again I called AutoNation Katy and ask about a few items I am waiting on. While talking to service they set appointments for oil change (Full Service) Diego greeted me even 20 minutes early. Your’s and My Service advisor once again let a happy customer on his way. Diego explained every thing they completed on my Jeep Gladitor. He always shows up with a smile and really cares about his position as a Service Advisor. If I was Still a GM and not retired I would try and steal him. Diego is a true asset to AutoNaton Katy.
