Customer Service excellent! Repair was good, but had to return the car because of tires not being balanced. Car was shaking very bad at 35mph immediately after I started driving it. Had to wait one more day for it and make a third trip to the dealership. The second attempt to pick it up was much better. The car was not shaking anymore. It was a scary experience to drive a shaking car in the rush hour traffic on the i-10 feeder road. I appreciate that they washed it and cleaned it, though, and that they addressed all of the other problems that my car had when I dropped it to the shop. More

I brought my Jeep in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, after I dropped it off I was informed that one of my lug nuts was missing. The manager and service advisor Alejandro agreed to replace it s rotation, after I dropped it off I was informed that one of my lug nuts was missing. The manager and service advisor Alejandro agreed to replace it since they had recently replaced the brakes. When I returned to pick up the Jeep I noticed the missing lug nut was actually one of my wheel locks, Alejandro ordered me another set and had them replaced. My service experience was excellent. More

Let me first start by saying that the actual sale of the vehicle was great. But the issue that I am having with absolutely NO service after the sale. Once the deal is done all I was able to receive for the vehicle was great. But the issue that I am having with absolutely NO service after the sale. Once the deal is done all I was able to receive for the first full week of owning the vehicle is nothing but run around for a very simple resolution. Please make sure before finalizing the deal that everything in the vehicle is updated as it is supposed to be. This is my second vehicle purchased from this location and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I would definitely reconsider any referrals that I may send to this dealership. More
