I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs on Feb 15, 2022 and did not get it back until Mar 10th. The Service Writer told me they were almost a week behind in their diagnostic dept. Part of the repairs were covered by my Chrysler warranty, but many expensive services were not, so I had to pay almost $1,250. I was notified that the vehicle was ready on Tues, Mar 8, but I could not get there until Thurs. When I arrived and attempted to check out, there was some problem with the paperwork which caused another delay of some 30 - 45 minutes. All of this is totally unacceptable. It should not take over 3 weeks to have my Jeep repaired. More

I was disappointed on the service from AutoNation auto department. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes without any actions from the folks. It was like i was not there. Never seem anything like that. The folks at Hoffman Dodge provided me much better service. I finally received service after I became upset and started to leave. So that’s what it takes to receive at AutoNation. I think AutoNation needs to train their auto department that when a person step in for service the maxed time for a customer waiting is 2 minutes. Don’t act like i’m not there. More
