I came in for my free oil change on my 2020 gmc sierra. Waited for 2 hours for the service department to tell me that my oil pan bolt got stripped and it was going to cost 125.00 dollars to fix it. Went to gmc and they had my vehicle done with the oil change in less than a hour. And the new oil pan plug was only 6.57 dollars and cents. Plus we have a 2023 grand Cherokee L summit reserve that I came in on Tuesday after making an appointment for a recall. For your service department to tell me that their system is not running right now so another wasted trip to your dealership And my so called free oil change on my truck is not ended up costing me 104.00 dollars.
