There is poor communication, no one in the service department, acknowledges customers when they pull up. When you walk in no one sitting at a desk greets you. I would assume everyone that walks in is department, acknowledges customers when they pull up. When you walk in no one sitting at a desk greets you. I would assume everyone that walks in is there for a service to the vehicle and you're left just standing there and no one says anything to you, you have to pick a desk to go to tell them basically you're there for service. It's always a 3 hour wait which I can understand, so I got the shuttle to drop me off at home and had to wait for the driver to pull up she went in stayed in for about 15 minutes and finally came out to drop me off at home. I was then called and told that my vehicle was ready. So, I said I am waiting for the shuttle to know pick me up. I was told then there is no shuttle she left at 4 pm. Why wasn't I told this beforehand? I had to call around for someone to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. More
