I may have already replied to a survey, but I will reply again. I took my daughter’s Jeep Grand Cherokee in on March 31st to have windshield washers fixed. They were not spraying. I did make an appointment over the phone and explained the issues on March 29th. I took it in about 10 minutes before appointment and met Diego, service advisor. I told him I would wait for vehicle. He said they would check and let me know in 10-15 minutes. I went to Service waiting room. After about an hour, I went back to service desk and he said he was about to come and get me. Service did not know what was wrong and the repair would have to be overnight. I had no ride to get home and told him to forget it and I would go somewhere else. I told him what good is an appointment if they could not look at it. This took him awhile, so I asked for Service Manager and met Sean. I explained the issues with Sean and the vehicle was ready within an hour. Great Job! My daughter said the A/C was not cold, so I made another appointment for Monday April 4th. This was suspicious to me that all of a sudden this failed. I met with Diego again and explained issues. He said he would have service look at and let me know. Again, I went to waiting room. He came and explained the the evaporator had a hole in it and was leaking Freon plus there was a hole in the lower radiator hose. Again I was suspicious, but told him to repair it. It would take an hour or two. After 2 1/2 hours I went to check on it. I asked Alicia (she sat in a desk in middle and near back or the service area) and said Diego was at lunch. She asked Buddy to help, he grumbled he was busy. She was kind enough to look up the vehicle and said it was still being worked on. I waited about another hour and Diego came and said it was ready. I paid and left. Sean was a great service manager thru both appointments and Diego was OK. I think he was new and not really in tune on what to do. Alicia was great to take the time to check on the vehicle. Buddy is a complete jerk and a**h***. I do not ever wanted to deal with him. He needs some people skills training. More

Derrick had perfect communication, professionalism, and honesty about the time it might take for turnaround on my vehicle, and notifying me up front about possible delays. It made it easier for me to plan my own life around it. Honestly, when other things in your life are frustrating or difficult, just having a seamless, direct interaction with a business and their employee makes your day a lot easier to deal with. I brought my vehicle in with a problem I'd been dealing with since I purchased it in 2014, and they could never really find the issue, and would not listen to me when I told them what I believed it was. It's finally resolved. More
