My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Cesar Rodriguez from Auto Nation. In all honesty I hate going to the dealership from past experiences but Cesar is not your normal salesman. Let’s face it, the car salesman stereotype continues to haunt auto dealerships to this day - this aggressive, fast-talking persona has taken a real toll on public perception, with many car buyers viewing dealerships as self-centered and untrustworthy. This guy was the COMPLETE opposite!!! No-pressure, we didn't feel rushed and most importantly he listened!! The final price was exactly as negotiated! Cesar was professional, polite,and attentive to his customer's needs and that means a lot. Next year we're purchasing a new vehicle for our daughter and we prefer dealing with Cesar ONLY. Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation, 2+ hours later i finally received it back. I booked an appointment online and checked in to my appointment in advance, thinking it would be similar to a hours later i finally received it back. I booked an appointment online and checked in to my appointment in advance, thinking it would be similar to any other service industry if you have an appointment. Apparently, making a reservation is only good for making sure you get service that day and does not mean you will get service at that time. I would highly recommend not paying for this package if you buy a vehicle from them. It's not worth it. More
