Buying a car is never a pleasant experience but some dealerships are better than others about at least trying to please the customer. The customer service is rated low because on two separate occasions dealerships are better than others about at least trying to please the customer. Bought my Grand Cherokee at this dealership in 2018 with extended service policy. Had an overheating issue, had truck towed to dealer on a Friday and was told they would give me an estimate by the followin extended service policy. Had an overheating issue, had truck towed to dealer on a Friday and was told they would give me an estimate by the following mid-week. When all was completed, they had to replace the engine. and kept the vehicle from 25 days. My extended service policy provided a rental, but the dealer said they had none, and I was just out of luck. The engine was covered by the original warrantee, the new radiator the extended warrantee and the thermostat was out of pocket since they would not cover the motor with an after-market thermostat in the engine from a previous repair I had to take to Firestone since they needed a week to repair, and Firestone did in 3-4 hours. All I got were excuses and a lack of caring that this was my only vehicle. Looking for another Jeep dealer if I need any other work done. More
