Tried to get me to sign for car that was not on lot. Just to speed up process. When car finally made it to lot, salesperson left because he shift was over. Terrible, service department. Service agent could not solve problems with service management or parts department. Parts department always blamed for wrong part numbers and locatio Service agent could not solve problems with service management or parts department. Parts department always blamed for wrong part numbers and location of parts. I had to find part and drive 3hrs to retrieve part myself. Collision Estimator said he did not work for AutoNation but for a different entity and blamed his problems on AutoNation. More
