I always have issues when I service my vehivles at Autonation Dodge, Jeep, and chrysler katy. This is the first time we have ever bought a used vehicle, and the first time we have bought from another dealership. Zavien was our salesman and was very helpful in locating what I wanted even thoug vehicle, and the first time we have bought from another dealership. Zavien was our salesman and was very helpful in locating what I wanted even though it was at another one of their dealerships. Once finance numbers were done and approved, he personally went to go pick up the vehicle for us. The process was pretty quick and easy. Our finance manager was great and even helped us out with some extras we were wanting to purchase, by pointing us in the right direction. My only complaint is the service department was really backed up so the vehicle we purchased wasn't cleaned like it should have been. More
