Made an appointment. Dropped off Jeep on June 8th at schedule appointment time. They never looked at the vehicle until June 15th. Service writer quoted me a price of $116 to change oil in my RAM2500 and when I went to get the truck, it was $238. He told me he did not know it was a diesel, but he was standing by the truck looking at a my RAM2500 and when I went to get the truck, it was $238.
