Was quick and easy to schedule. My service advisor was Alex. He was really nice and helped me determine if I actually needed the service I was requesting. The only issue I had was p My service advisor was Alex. He was really nice and helped me determine if I actually needed the service I was requesting. The only issue I had was pick up notification. They were supposed to call by 5 but I didn’t realize the time until 6 and they were closing at 7. If I hadn’t called at 6 I wouldn’t have been able to pick up and I absolutely needed my car back that evening. More

Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change. Second in line when they opened. Took 3 1/2 hours to get my truck back. Some kind of mixup in the car wash.
