Customer service is usually great with minimal wait time. The communication between client, service rep and technitian is typically good. Like everyone else, it does take a long time for parts to come in. As The communication between client, service rep and technitian is typically good. I purchased a used vehicle April 2nd the salesman ensured me it throughout some of point system inspection by Autonation. I heard the belts squeaking and of he told me no problem just have it in and I will t me it throughout some of point system inspection by Autonation. I heard the belts squeaking and of he told me no problem just have it in and I will them take care of that issue. I said, there’s no rush for the paperwork. As I was already approved by my credit union. The promise to take care of the issue. Fast forward less then 12 hours after the sell the check engine light comes on. I immediately email the salesman on Sunday April 3rd, to inform him. He emails back no problem, when you bring it in for the belts, they will take care of that. Now I receive a call from the dealership after taking the car. The car is missing the in-take duct or whatever it is which caused the check engine light to come on. That will be $700 and the belts need to be replaced and that will be $400. Plus we’re not sure but the belt pulleys maybe need to replaced. That will be additional on top of the other charges. I then reached out to Mr. Cameron Wright who sold me the car about the charges. He told me, he wasn’t in on that day would follow up when he returned to work. Upon his return, I was told Autonation wasn’t covering anything and the car was sold as is. Just Wow!!!!! O More
